Limited 90 Day Home Warranty Information

How to activate the Limited Home Warranty 1. Simply notify us that you are interested in obtaining the free 90 day Limited Home Warranty purchased by Brinks® and provided by American Home Warranty. You must provide a working telephone number where Brink's® can contact you. If you are on a State or National Do Not Call Registry your initials on the inspection contract give Brink’s® permission to contact you. 2. RPI will arrange for a Brink's® Home Security Systems inspector to conduct an alarm evaluation if one is installed on the home. 3. After the evaluation, the Brink’s® Inspector will inform you about the components of the alarm and where they are located. The Brink’s® Inspector does not make any type of sales pitch, they are there only to inspect the alarm. 4. Brink’s® provides a brochure, highlighting how families can help make their home safer. 5. Brink’s® will call you to answer any questions you might have concerning home security. No purchase is necessary. If the home does not have an alarm system you still qualify! 1. Brink’s® provides the home inspector with a brochure for the homebuyer, highlighting how families can help make their home safer and detailing any special Brink’s® offers 2. Brink’s® will call you to answer any questions they might have concerning home security. No purchase is necessary. The Limited 90 Day Home Warranty is effective from the day of your home inspection.  If closing should occur afer the expiration of the 90-day period, the warranty will extend to 21 days following closing. All required information in agreement must be complete for offer to be valid.
