Buyers average 20 minutes inspecting a home
Be Sure You Know What You Are Buying
We average 4 Hours on Our Inspections
Inspections
Offered
Pre-Purchase
Inspection
We
perform a complete inspection of the home to evaluate each
major system including checking over 400 items. It normally
takes 2-4 hours to complete the inspection and 2 hours to
complete the report. This inspection is normally performed
within days of signing a purchase contract.

First
Annual Warranty Inspection
It
is very wise to have your home professionally inspected to
illuminate any defects or attention areas before the builders
warranty ends. This warranty period normally ends after one
year from the date of closing. Don't lose your right to have
the builder fix the homes defects before they become your
expensive problems. |
New
Construction Home Inspection
Brand
new homes should be inspected by an Independent Professional
Inspector. Our complete and detailed inspection will provide
an unbiased professional opinion of defects that should be
corrected. Our inspection takes 2-3 hours and a govement inspector
takes only minutes. Normally we conduct these inspections
just prior to drywall installation during the Pre-drywall
phase. |
Pre-Listing
Home Inspection
Anyone
selling a home should have it inspected by an independent
Professional inspector when it is listed for sale. Our inspection
will provide you with a list of things that should be fixed
or upgraded so that you can get the maximum value for your
home. The time to correct problems is not just before you
close when your options are limited. Comparing options for
repairs or upgrades will save you money and stress.

For
Buyers
We can give you confidence in the decision to invest
or save you from making a costly mistake. Safety is always
our primary focus and many recommended upgrades are very simple
and inexpensive. Almost every home has defects; the question
is how serious the issue is. Even new homes have problems
that go undetected by the untrained eye. Let us point out
the problems so you can get them fixed while they are still
under warranty before they become your big expensive burden.
For
Sellers
We can point out potential problems prior to getting a contract
on the property. This could save you money in necessary repairs
by getting several quotes. Serious time limits in a sales
contract may force you to pay much more to resolve unexpected
problems. This inspection can save time at closing and may
reduce you and your real estate agents liability in complying
with state disclosure laws. |
